A Note from our Editor…

IMG_4900Welcome to The Divine Addiction! I love that you’ve come to check us out and I hope you enjoy your time spent perusing.

I started The Divine Addiction as a way to explore infusing your life with everyday luxury, no matter where you are! I am lucky to have a great team working with me and I absolutely love what TDA has evolved into. Please let us know if you have any feedback or ideas as we would love to hear from you!

A little bit more about me…

I was born in London, England, but I spent most of my formative years growing up in the South of France and Monaco. I have also lived in Washington DC and Los Angeles and, since I moved here in 2008, have quickly become a self-confessed LA devotee… even though I am European at heart!

I have a B.A. in English Literature and a B.A. in Film and Television Production. Even though my career has diverged from those a bit, they’ve definitely influenced everything I do! I was raised in the food & beverage industry, as my parents have owned over 30 bars and restaurants, and my own life has become a combination of all of the above. I have tried to combine my passion for writing with the entertainment business and the food and service industry and, as such, these varied experiences and thoughts ultimately led to The Divine Addiction.

My main passion in life (aside from my husband!) is cooking and entertaining. I try and make something delicious every day or, if I am traveling for work, at least find it! Most of the recipes in our Eat & Drink section are either my own or contributed from one of the delicious places I have encountered on my travels.

I also own and operate Vanderpump Wines & Spirits, a wine & liquor company, which has products available all over the world. So, many of the cocktails you may find on The Divine Addiction are a product of that business! I hope you enjoy them!

Pandora’s addictions: Gold accessories, cooking for her husband Jason, strong coffee, taking beautiful photographs, curling up with a book (every day of the week), playing the piano, Notre Dame football, The Rolling Stones, English tea, wizards, puppies, singing any Broadway song, Cadbury’s chocolate, French wine.
