Brought to you by our favorite bartenders at the St. Regis in Punta di Mita, near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! This margarita is the perfect way to capture summer in a glass and keep it there all through these cold months. Refreshing, crisp and perfect for any occasion, this recipe is amazing!

INGREDIENTS

3 slices cucumber

5 sprigs fresh mint

1 lemon

1 ½ oz tequila

1 oz Cointreau

Ice

PREPARATION

1. Squeeze the lemon into a shaker and add the mint and cucumber. Muddle well.

2. Add in the tequila, Cointreau and ice.

3. Shake vigorously.

4. Strain into a mason jar over ice.

5. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
