One of our favorite things about Exhale is that they have gorgeous relaxation rooms laden with dim candles, soft pillows, and beds you can sink into with a cup of tea and a book. Perfect when you are traveling and need to set aside some time for pampering. Sit back and reward yourself with some much-needed alone time while lounging on plush pillows. Perfect!
Exhale’s treatments are comprised of fabulous massages, decadent facials, and more. Our favorite is their signature Exhale Flow massage; choreographed waves of kneading to open locked muscles, free energy blockages, and relieve tension. This therapy incorporates more lymphatic drainage than a traditional deep tissue, resulting in greater detoxification and an enhanced boost to the immune system.
As well as luxurious treatments, Exhale puts a huge emphasis on health and wellness, and has fabulous exercise and yoga studios. Each location has a variety of core fusion and yoga classes, as well as nutritional experts and instructors. The perfect way to stay healthy when you’re on the go!
